Feel there's a lack of support in your circle?

Do you ever feel like there’s a lack of support from those around you?

Oh certainly, all the time. It’s not even just a feeling, it’s a fact. I’ve found that people that don’t know me or barely know me support me more than the ones that do know me. People don’t take me seriously. Does it bother me, sometimes but as I say that I laugh. Here’s why, when people don’t take you seriously it’s because they “know” you. “Here she goes again, what is it now?” or “Let’s see how long this last”. Let me explain something, people are over looked because God wants them to be at that time. Sounds crazy right, but here me out, think of how mind blowing it would be to see the person you “slept on” to blow up and be something great. It’ll be the how did you do that questions and you respond with, God. Don’t forget it’s all for Gods glory. God is doing something big in your life, it will be noticed trust me.

I think to myself sometimes, and ask God sometimes, “You put it on my heart to do this, where are my listeners, my viewers, I feel like I’m talking to myself.” You what I hear in response “Keep doing what you are doing”. So guess what, I am still doing it. Every day I log on to my site and look at the top of the page and see there’s only 2 likes (as of 7/10/15) and they both are me. Is it discouraging, yes, but am I going to give up, no. Why, because God told me to keep going. My goal is to help people all over the world, that’s my purpose in life, to serve God and help people along the way. I know that I have to go to school to do and I am, I am doing what the Lord told me to do and I know that he will take care of everything. When you stop trying to be in control and you step out of the way and let God lead and do what He wants to do, everything will fall into place according to his plan. You may not understand it, but guess what; we are not supposed to be leaning to our own understanding anyway.

Do I feel a certain way? No, because the people that are supposed to hear my message will hear it. The people that I am supposed to help will find their way to me or God will lead me to them. God has everything lined up; all we have to do is seek him and focus. Don’t worry about who is supporting you and who isn’t. Keep doing what you are doing. There are so many successful people that didn’t have anybody in their corner. Nobody believed in them, people thought they were crazy, but I tell you what, those people that thought they were crazy are some of their biggest fans.

If you are doing this because you want people to notice you, you will fail. I promise you if you are doing something just to seek attention; you will give up because the attention will not come right away and when you get it you’re not going to know what to do with it. Do it because it’s in your heart to do it. I know that I am on this earth to help people somehow. I am a leader, and because of that I have to be a positive example. I have to live the life that God wants me to live or else I will be out of place and miserable. I am here to teach whatever God places on my mind and hear to teach and that is what I am going to do. So whether or not I have support from friends, family, you or whoever, as long as I am doing what I am supposed to be doing I am going to touch the lives of those who God wants me to touch and that is what matters. God will send the right people and he will put me in the right places. There is so many times where I have felt alone, but who is to say that wasn’t preparing me for this. Everything you go through has a purpose. I had to know how to stand strong, and stand “alone” because I can’t afford to be weak. If I can only thrive by the support of others, I will fail and God has designed me, molded me and put me in positions to strengthen me so that I won’t fail.

I watched a video by a young lady name Jasmin Brown and she said something like, “I want you to sleep on me, sleep, get your rest because when my time comes you will have no choice but to wake up, so sleep while you can” I love that because when God is ready for me to be heard, you won’t be able to tune me out or turn me down. The volume on my teachings will be so loud you will have no choice but to pay attention. So its ok for now, God is working, and I’m seeking.
